Na Young's first baking job was working the graveyard shift in New York's Chelsea Market in 2000.
A few years later she returned to the West Coast to attend CIA at Greystone in St. Helena.
After working in various fine dining restaurants in Northern and Southern California she opened Proof Bakery in 2010.
